I think it’s about time that I thanked the staff at TNT for all the help they have given me through the years. I walked into the shop approximately 4 years ago, and let Colleen know that I expected to look like Sophia Loren when I walked out.  (let’s face it, the raw material wasn’t there to start with) but that didn’t stop them from trying. I was told what machines would take down my oversized hips, stomach and thighs.  I have lost in the right places and firmed up my entire body.  It is as convenient to be able to go in anytime during business hours and use any and all of the machines.  I love the convenience of the tanning booth and the beauty parlor.  The beauticians are up on all the latest styles and trends, but they listen to what you want and respect your wishes.  No, I don’t look like Sophia yet, but thank you TNT for giving it your best shot! Dearest fairest ladies of TNT: I cannot express how you impacted my wedding day.  I’m sure you all do Updo’s, manicure’s, pedicure’s and more for weddings---on a weekly basis---BUT your creativity and talent made my day even more special.  I cannot wait to show you all pictures of the day.  I have never seen my best friends and family look SO beautiful as they did on July 5, 2003.  God has given you all great and wonderful gifts.  Please let him work through you! TNT is truly a great asset for the Westfield area.  I have not only enjoyed feeling healthier but the friendliness and friendship displayed by the entire staff.  The equipment choices are plentiful, especially for a smaller town.  By working out early in the morning I have that extra energy for the entire day.  Also, it is very nice to have a top notch hair salon on the premises that offers earlier morning appointments.  I am extremely excited about the new facility being built on Pioneer Park Rd and look forward to the expanded opportunities there.  TNT makes Westfield a great place to live and play. The Staff is great and always there to make your time spent at this facility, time that you will not forget whether you are at he Hair Salon, working out on the many pieces of equipment, or enjoying a delicious Smoothy or Latte at the Juice Bar, or attending a seminar to improve your health and well being. I went to the Dr. a week before joining for a routine checkup. All my cholesterol numbers were higher than he wanted, including now being a diabetic. He wanted to put me on medication for diabetes and increase others that I was taking. I asked him if he would wait as I had just joined TNT Health Club and would be starting the following week. He said he would give me 3 months to prove to him I could get the numbers down. On July 22, I had a follow-up exam and all the numbers had gone down considerably and the good cholesterol count had gone up. Plus, I had lost 17 pounds. He was quite excited and so was I, which meant no new medicine, plus getting healthier and feeling so much better. He said that whatever TNT and myself were doing, to keep it up, as he was very impressed. Hey, so was I. Donna Donna F.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the people at TNT for helping me improve my health. I started at TNT with their 60 day plan. Part of the plan includes the trainer, Mark, setting up a program of diet and exercise designed to help you reach the goal you set for the 60 days. At the end of the 60 days I had reached my short term goal so I signed up for a 6 month membership. After following TNT's program for almost 5 months now, I have almost reached my long term goals. I have improved my cholesterol levels enough that my Doctor has taken me off medication. I now have enough energy to do my outdoor chores without having to take rest breaks several times per hour. My energy level has improved and I feel 20 years younger. All of the people at TNT are always friendly and helpful. I could not have continued without the encouragement of the whole staff. I still have a way to go but I'm confident that, with the help of the training staff at TNT, I will reach my goal in the next several weeks. When I do reach my weight goal, I plan to stay healthy with a maintenance program at TNT. Ed Fesus
